5 Star · “It was the most enchanting 10 days and I am so glad to have engaged Kailash Journeys for our holiday in Nepal. From the beginning, Kailash has been very efficient in answering all our enquiries and providing us with all the necessary information prior to our trip….On the day of our arrival, we were picked up promptly at the airport and everything from then on was nothing less than stellar. All our check ins and check outs at the various hotels were seamless and we never had any administration hiccups. Our tour officer Mr Rajkumar Kurung was always checking up on us through phone calls and messages to make sure that we were doing good. He met us the day after our arrival in Kathmandu and on our last day before we departed home to make sure everything was okay and that we had a pleasant time. Customer relations as such is truly commendable.
Nepal has been a hugely humbling experience… Nepal has so much heart and hope. I am so thankful to have had this life changing experience. Thank you so much to Kailash Journeys for making this trip a truly memorable one for my sister and I. I wish Kailash Journeys the best and may the company reach greater heights!

5 Star · “…The entire experience was beyond expectations. Right from the start of the engagement few months earlier, the Kailash team (Rajiv Shreshtha, Nirmala Sharma) were very patient and helpful to advise and plan the itinerary.
The trip was well planned & managed by Rajkumar Kurung who was our assigned tour officer. He received us at the airport and was in constant touch with us during the entire trip. He addressed some unexpected issues which came up due to local political situation and responded well to our request for change of hotel … Overall, our experience in Nepal was very memorable thanks to Kailash Journeys and we will not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who wishes to visit Nepal.
