⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Nepal Stole Our Hearts – Thank You, Kailash Journeys! Our 7-day journey through Kathmandu, Pokhara and Chitwan was truly unforgettable! Nepal captivated us with its breathtaking landscapes, rich culture and wonderful people, but what made our holiday particularly special was the personal touch provided by Kailash Journeys. A heartfelt thank you to Sujan, whose professionalism, kindness and attention to detail made us feel genuinely cared for throughout our adventure. And a very special thank you to Aita, our wonderful driver, whose patience, warm personality and excellent driving made even the longest mountain journeys enjoyable. We always felt safe and comfortable, and by the end of our trip, he felt more like a friend than simply our driver! We arrived as tourists but left with beautiful memories and a little piece of Nepal in our hearts. We wholeheartedly recommend Kailash Journeys! An Incredible Journey with an Incredible Team
Just like you, I came across Kailash Journeys through a Google search. I’m grateful to all the people who had travelled with them before us and shared such wonderful reviews — their experiences gave us the confidence to reach out. My first contact was Beeki in Nepal, and what a delightful and professional person he is! He would always pick up my calls and patiently answer every question I had, with accuracy and sincerity to the best of his knowledge. He not only provided us with detailed information about the journey but also encouraged me to take care of my health and prepare properly so that I could successfully complete the Kailash Parikrama. I was genuinely impressed by his commitment and guidance. As we eagerly looked forward to our trip, the unfortunate flash floods in Nepal changed everything. We were suddenly unsure of what would happen next. Beeki remained professional throughout, while also openly sharing how their own group had been affected by the situation. When we asked about alternatives, he provided us with a completely different itinerary to reach Kailash and Mansarovar through Lhasa. Our carefully planned journey had suddenly become a spontaneous adventure. But by then, Beeki had already earned our trust, and we decided to move forward. Once we landed in Nepal, Beeki introduced us to Sujan, who was our group leader for the journey from Nepal into Tibet. Sujan raised the bar even higher. He was incredibly resourceful, calm, and solution-oriented, and went above and beyond to make sure that our safety, comfort, and desire to have Kailash Darshan were given equal priority. He treated the entire group like his own family. In the mountains, situations can change unexpectedly, and Sujan was prepared every single time with a Plan B. His ability to make thoughtful decisions during uncertain moments gave us a tremendous sense of confidence and security. We also had an excellent experience in Tibet with Dorje, our wonderful local Tibetan guide, who added so much to our journey. We have returned home with beautiful memories, exciting stories, and a dream successfully fulfilled. A huge thank you to the entire Kailash Journeys team for making this extraordinary journey possible. You truly made us feel that we were in safe and caring hands throughout. A very satisfying experience with Bikki & Sujan from Kailash Journey.
We recently completed our trip to Mount Kailash with Kailash Journeys Pvt. Ltd. We were helped by Bikki and eventually by Sujan, who has been with the company for a very long time. Throughout the process, we felt we have been taken care of with all our questions and concerns. It didn’t matter which time we texted or called them the team members and especially Bikki has been very prompt in answering our calls and messages with clear and satisfactory answers . We always felt there is fairness, honesty and clarity in dealing with the staff of Kailash Journeys. Once our journey started there have been several ups & downs due to weather conditions, but even though we went through a period of hardships, Sujan and their counterpart guide Dorgi, in Tibet have been absolutely helpful and have taken care of our needs throughout. Sujan specially has been exceptional in making sure our breakfast, lunch and dinner were taken care of, always with a simple smile and a commitment to ensure, within reasonable means, to fulfill each ones desires. Due to the heavy snowfall a lot of Roads were closed and our guides Sujan and Dorji were prompt to find alternative solutions, alternative flights, alternative routes to ensure that we were never stuck. These are the times when someone’s resourcefulness comes through to help you find a comfortable accommodation and try the very best to make sure that you get the experience that you came here for, but it’s not always in their hands. We were really happy to have met them, Sujan and Bikki from Kailash Journeys and it has been an absolutely rewarding and fruitful experience for us. Thank you. Outstanding Kailash Yatra Experience with Sujan and Kailash Tours
We had an excellent experience with Kailash Journeys on our recent Kailash Yatra. From the planning stage through to the completion of the journey, they were highly professional, responsive, knowledgeable and dependable. A Kailash Yatra inevitably comes with challenges, particularly around weather, altitude, transport and the health of fellow yatris. What impressed us most was how calmly and reliably the Kailash Journeys team handled every situation. They have a strong network of partners across the region and were able to support us effectively whenever circumstances changed. Our original itinerary was planned through Nepal, but because of the flash floods and changing conditions, the entire programme had to be reorganised at short notice. Kailash Journeys successfully changed our route completely and arranged for us to travel via Lhasa and Purang in Tibet instead. This was a major logistical change, yet it was handled very professionally. The acclimatisation programme was particularly well planned, which is extremely important for a journey like Kailash. Throughout the trip, they also made every effort to accommodate our food preferences wherever circumstances allowed. Another example of their service was when our flights from Purang were cancelled. They quickly arranged alternative flights from Ali and managed the change without increasing the cost to us. Their cost management deserves particular praise. Despite the significant itinerary changes, weather disruption and alternative travel arrangements, they kept very closely to the agreed budget and did not keep coming back to us asking for additional payments. That level of transparency and commitment was extremely impressive. A special mention must go to Sujan, who managed the entire journey exceptionally well. His knowledge, guidance, responsiveness and ability to deal with changing circumstances gave us considerable confidence throughout the Yatra. He genuinely looked after the group and did everything possible to make the pilgrimage successful. Kailash Journeys combines strong local knowledge with a very good service culture. For a journey as unpredictable and demanding as Kailash Manasarovar, having a reliable operator makes an enormous difference. A seamless experience
We had booked for Kailash Mansarovar but due to the disaster our trip was cancelled. So we decided to tour Nepal instead. Sujan arranged for us to visit Kathmandu, Pokhra and Muktinath Dham. From the word go, the tour went seamless. Sujan was great and prompt to address any queries, always ready to help. Hotels were reasonably good, elegant and well served. All the drivers were respectful and punctual. Bisnu made our trip to Muktinath dham memorable. We were never rushed so we were able to enjoy at our own pace. An Outstanding Kailash Yatra Experience – Highly Recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I recently completed my Mount Kailash Yatra with Kailash Journeys Pvt Ltd, and my overall experience was truly exceptional—far better than I had imagined. From the initial planning stages through to the completion of the Kailash Parikrama, the entire journey was managed professionally, efficiently, and with genuine care. Even before the trip, the team was excellent with communication. Every question was answered promptly, clearly, and honestly. The information provided beforehand was accurate, and throughout the journey, almost everything was delivered exactly as promised in their itinerary and catalogue. Our stay at Hotel Tibet in Kathmandu was excellent. The hotel was extremely clean and comfortable, the food was of very good quality, and breakfast, lunch, and dinner were all provided as promised. The Kathmandu sightseeing and temple visits were also very well organised. In particular, the Rudra Abhishek prayers at Pashupatinath Temple were a wonderful and memorable experience. From Kathmandu onwards towards Mount Kailash, the arrangements continued to be impressive. We travelled in very comfortable buses, and at each destination the team arranged the best accommodation that was reasonably available in those remote locations. A special mention must go to the kitchen team. Throughout the journey, they provided three freshly prepared meals every day. The food was hot, tasty, wholesome Indian vegetarian food—something we greatly appreciated, especially considering the challenging locations and conditions in which they were working. The ground staff were equally impressive. Our luggage was handled extremely well throughout the trip, with everything transported safely and delivered to our hotel rooms. Nothing went missing, and the team worked tirelessly behind the scenes to make the journey as comfortable as possible for us. The guides in China, particularly Diki, were extremely efficient. They managed permits, immigration formalities, local coordination, porters, and all the other logistical requirements very smoothly. We were also given timely and clear guidance before every important stage of the journey, which was particularly valuable during the three critical days of the Kailash Parikrama. A very special shout-out and heartfelt thanks to Sujan, Parbatsingh, and Diki for all their help, encouragement, guidance, and support throughout the journey. Completing the Kailash Parikrama is physically and mentally demanding, and I genuinely feel that I would not have been able to complete it without the support of the entire Kailash Journeys team. Their organisation, experience, patience, and constant assistance made an enormous difference. My experience was far more amazing than I had visualised before starting the journey. I returned with wonderful memories and immense gratitude to everyone who helped make this pilgrimage possible. If I ever undertake the Kailash Yatra again, I would 100% choose Kailash Journeys Pvt Ltd without any doubt or hesitation. Highly recommended to anyone considering the Mount Kailash Yatra. Team is extremely hard working and pleasant people. Always. helping us make our spiritual journey safe and successful. We did the Nepal to Kailash trip over 10 plus days. Which includes some sight seeing in Kathmandu, stay at various elevation to acclimatize, Lake Mansarovar, and three days Kora Parikrama. I had an amazing time with the group tour to Mt Kailash and lake Mansorova! The tour operators were on the ball from the time of my first enquiry assisting me with necessary visas needed as well as extra days at the hotel! The actual tour was 17 days and everything was something different! The bus ride through Nepal and into Tibet was a great experience since the route was to the lush forests and majority of the way was on gravel roads except in Tibet ! The surroundings during the travel was tranquil and the flowing rivers and waterfalls were something else . The costs were within reason and all other expenses were affordable. Gaining entry at the border gates in China was a breeze since the guides from China and Nepal were well prepared and fully acquainted with the rules etc . The guides were professional and coped well with the large group . The Kailash Yatra is best suited for people of average fitness, strong religious believes and who are opened minded. Me being a solo traveller fitted in well with the other travellers and into doing have made friends for a life time with people from different countries. Thanks to Kailash Journeys for making this and excellent trip and I most certainly will contact them again should I need to visit Nepal again !
