Cost Includes

1. One night in 3 star Hotel – Hotel Batika with vegetarian meals (twin sharing)
2. 2 nights at Taklakot (Tibet side) in 3 star category hotel with attached bathroom. At other places   in Tibet side it will be dormitory Guest House on sharing basis with Tibetan common toilet.
3. Necessary arrival / departure transfers in Nepalgunj.
4. Lucknow- Nepalgunj- Lucknow  Group Transportation (Estimated Time of Pickup is 12 pm)
5. Nepalgunj – Simikot – Nepalgunj air ticket (Fixed wing – Twin Otter aircraft OR Dornier)
6. Simikot – Hilsa – Simikot by Helicopter (only 4 to 6 persons can be carried at a time)
7. All Indian vegetarian meals in Tibet (breakfast, lunch & dinner) while on the tour
8. Transportation in Tibet by Private luxury a/c coach and Tour around Lake Manasarovar
9. English speaking Tibetan guide & one professional tour Manager

1. Horse riding expenses during the Mount Kailash Circuit (Kora)
2. Your travel insurance, Insurance for emergency rescue & evacuation service

4. Extra accommodation charge in Kathmandu, Nepalgunj, Simikot and Hilsa if flight is cancelled  due to bad weather (Please make sure your air ticket is flexible to change dates)
5. Visa splitting charge and extra transportation cost, if returning early from Tibet.
6. Any additional cost due to natural calamities and unforeseen circumstances
7. 5% GST charge  for  Bank Deposit in our Indian Bank Account (For Bank Wire Transfer to our Nepal Bank account -NO GST Charge)

1. 90-150 days prior to departure date: full payment refund except non-refundable deposit:
2. 45-90 days prior to departure date: 75% of your payment refund except the non-refundable deposit.
3. If cancellation takes place less than 45 days prior to departure due to client’s personal problems, all previously paid amount(s) will be forfeited.

Started initiating discussions with Mr.Kalyan Parajuli at the start of the year and Mr.Kalyan was prompt in answering all the queries. The accommodation provided at Kathmandu & Nepalgunj was good and the representatives of Kailash Journeys at each transit point in Nepal ensured smooth transition to our next destinations. Once we reached Tibet, the sherpas team lead by Mr.Rajkumar and Mr.Lama Babu took complete care of us. Personalized attention was provided to everyone. Without the guidance and help of the hardworking Sherpa team, it would have been difficult for me to complete the 3 day parikrama. The all staff of Kailash Journeys (P) Ltd.is very good and specially Laxman who went above with us for entire parikrama. Best part of yatra was on schedule completion without any cut short and with convenience of entire group. Food served to us in entire yatra was really very good. It was fortunate to visit Kailash Yatra this May-June 2016 with a group of sixteen members from different places Uttar Pradesh, Tamilnadu, Andhra Pradesh, Gujrat, USA, Malaysia & Qatar. It was pleasure and satisfying to have a dip in Lake Manasarovar and a close look/darshan of Mount Kailash and by God's grace successfully completed Parikrama. The Sherpas who were with us from your team (Rajkumar, Lamba, Laxman, Bahadur, Bhagman, Sagar) were so accommodating and very helpful. They were awesome. They took good care of each one of us from the batch; provided us with best of services and food at all times. Thank you all for your help. The Tibetan guide and driver for the bus arrangements you made for us were good.

It was truly a trip of a lifetime. Every morning we say we wish we were back in Nepal and Mansarovar with you and your fantastic team. This is the first time we used Kailash Journeys and we were so pleased with it. We recommend you and your company to anyone.
