Airport pickup and transfer to Hotel. A short briefing about Mt. Kailash Trek.

Kathmandu Sightseeing. Overnight stay – Hotel

Full day sightseeing in Kathmandu valley by AC transportation (vary upon group size) Pashupatinath, Boudhanath, swayambhunath and Patan.

Kathmandu to Nepalgunj

Overnight stay – Hotel

Fly to Nepalgunj by domestic air & transfer to Hotel or drive to Surkhet( 2 hrs) and stay at hotel.

Nepalgunj to Simikot(3500m)

Take a flight to Simikot and O/N stay.

Simikot to Dharapori (2300m)

Trek to Dharapori from Simikot and overnight stay at a camp.

Dharapori to Sallekhola (2700m)

Trek to Sallekhola from Dharapori and overnight stay at a camp.

Sallekhola to Tumkot Khola(2800m)

Trek to Tumkot Khola from Sallekhola and overnight stay at a camp.

Tumkot Khola to ship ship (4300m)

Trek to ship ship from Tumkot overnight stay at a camp.

Shipship to Hilsa (4325) – drive to Taklakot (3720m)

Reach to Hilsa by trekking and then further trek around half an hour and reach at Sher (Nepal-Tibet border).We will have visa formality process and then drive to Taklakot

Taklakot to Mansarovar Lake

(4560m)

Overnight stay – Lodge

You will see your first view of Mount Kailash and Mansarovar lake after 3 hrs drive to Mansarovar vai Rakshas Tal Lake. Drive (90 kms) Take holy bath and  stay at  side Lodge.

Mansarovar Lake to Darchen

(4600m – 110km)

Overnight stay – Lodge

For most of the day you are free for Pooja and Hawan. You can take a dip in Manasarovar Lake and do Pooja of Lord Shiva. Full day for spiritual activities. We will drive to Darchen after Mansarovar parikrama (110 km – 2.3 hrs) and stay there.

If Asthapad visit is “Opened” by Chinese Government, then you can take excursion to Asthapad & Nandi Parvat with extra cost. From Asthapad you can see a best & closest view of Mount Kailash. It is almost 20 minutes drive to reach Asthapad.

Darchen to Dirapuk

(4890m – 20km)

First day of  Kora

Overnight stay – Lodge

After short drive (8 km) from Darchen, we will reach Tarboche and visit Yamdwar. Then trek to Dirapuk which is 12km trek. Today is the first day of your Kailash Parikrama where you have to walk for about 6 to 7 hours. You will visit North face of Mt. Kailash and touching the feet of Mt. Kailash.

Dirapuk to Zhulthulphuk

(4760m – 22km)

Overnight stay – Lodge

rek from Dirapuk to Dolma La Pass to Zuthulpuk total of 22km trek. This is the most difficult journey throughout the yatra since you have to trek up to the 18,600 ft. From descend to Gauri kund and further trek along with the river to Zuthulpuk.

Zuthulpuk to Dongba (overnight stay – lodge)

We will trek around 8 kms and reach to the point where the Coach will be waiting for us. Then we will drive to Darchen. After lunch, we will drive to dongba

Dongba to Nyalam

Overnight stay – Lodge

Drive back to Nyalam. From today we will be leaving this holy place and return back to Kathmandu

Drive Kathmandu from Nyalam

Overnight stay at Hotel

Drive to Kodari, Chinese border. After custom formalities we will continue drive to Kathmandu for about 4hr (120km)

Transfer to Kathmandu Airport

Fly back home. We will drop you at Kathmandu Airport. Additional Optional Trip: Mountain flight,Nepal tour etc
